Here’s a quick FAQ to help answer some of our most common questions.

Who can use the Regrind Portal?

The regrind portal is available to any registered GWS Tool Group distributor and their customers. Distributors will be able to register their customers to track their used tools through he process of reconditioning and recoating. Distributors will be able to create add tools to their customer’s library, request regrinds from GWS Tool Group and track their customer’s regrind process through the portal.

How do I get started?

Request new customer accounts with the “Request a New Account” red button at the top of the page. Your user account will be verified by our internal team and a response will be returned to you promptly. Once approved, your new users will be visible on your portal sidebar, and you’ll be able to manage users and their regrind requests.
